Kevin Frankel, CELA

Attorney
Kevin founded Frankel Estate Planning & Elder Law to help individuals and families protect their loved ones, preserve their assets, and create lasting legacies for future generations. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware, and received an Estate Planning Certificate from Temple University Beasley School of Law. Kevin is a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA®) and is licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Serving as a trusted advisor, Kevin calmly guides his clients in making the very best personal, financial, and legal decisions for their families throughout their lifetime. Kevin seamlessly counsels his clients with planning for the future, handles crisis situations, and takes advantage of legal solutions to reduce his client’s legal anxiety.

Being a husband and father has brought the awareness that planning is something that you do for the people you love the most. Kevin has witnessed firsthand what not planning does to a family. His primary goal is to educate the community on the importance of estate planning, what happens when you don’t plan, and the peace of mind when you do. He has many resources for you, so you can ensure your family and loved ones stay out of court and out of conflict, if and when something happens to you.

When he’s not counseling estate planning and elder law clients, Kevin is married to his college sweetheart and they have two beautiful daughters. When he’s not cheering for a Philly sports team, he enjoys cooking and spending time with family.

Tammy Ely

Paralegal

Tammy’s journey to being a paralegal is an interesting one, from obtaining a BS in elementary education to working at Hersheypark, a bank, a daycare and then finally obtaining a paralegal certificate and working in a law firm. All of these job experiences along with her many travels have given her a love of educating and helping people from all walks of life. But it is her personal experiences with what happens when you don’t have a plan in place when the unexpected happens that drives her to work in the area of estate planning and elder law, to make certain that the community is educated on the options available to protect your family and pitfalls of not planning.

During her 25 or so years in working in the legal field, Tammy has worked for several law firms and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in estate planning, probate and trust administration, and Medicaid qualification, she can confidently guide you in the processes and will be with you every step of the way.

Out of the office Tammy enjoys attending plays and concerts, time with friends but especially traveling. Remember to make memories with your loved ones – have stories to tell, not stuff to show.
